The Villa

Villa Alexandrea is virtually adjacent to our main Niagara Grandview Manor Building and is part of the Niagara Historical Inns collection of Historic Inns and Vacation Rentals. This Mediterranean Villa has a total of 7 rooms and suites and is located on historic River Road overlooking the Niagara Gorge.

The entire villa consists of 7 rooms each with its own ensuite. There are a total of 3 queen beds and 4 king size rooms located on two floors. The house has large green spaces in the front and rear of the building. The house features a BBQ and is directly adjacent to a large public park with updated courts and playground equipment.

Located just a 10-minute walk from the Falls & most attractions and offering modern amenities including a complimentary cooked to order breakfast courtesy of Chef Joseph Hughes.

Niagara Gorgeview Inn

Located just 4 doors away from our main building, Niagara Grandview Manor, this deluxe villa built in 1912 sits high atop the ridge overlooking the Niagara Gorge. Recently renovated, this home is bright throughout and offers guests front and rear patios and two sunrooms. This home is typical of the Arts and Craft style homes of the period with large oak baseboards, natural oak window and door moldings, leaded glass windows, interior arches, front porch vestibule.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 persons in a total of 4 bedrooms (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Bed and finally a room with 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed) and is service by a two second floor bathrooms and a 3 piece bathroom with shower on the main floor. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned.

Eastwood Tourist Lodge

Located directly adjacent to our main building, this four bedroom home sleeps a total of 8 persons (4 queen beds) and is serviced by a single bathroom. The home offers warm décor and provides a welcoming feel to your group or extended family gatherings. Built in 1925, Eastwood Tourist Lodge is typical of the Arts and Craft style homes of the period with large oak baseboards, wide window and door moldings, leaded glass windows, and electric fireplace.

Breakfast is a wonderful time of day and is served in our adjacent property Niagara Grandview Manor where guests can select to have their breakfast in either the formal dining area, adjacent verandah, or garden level patio.

Niagara Riverview Inn

Niagara Riverview Inn is literally the closest Vacation Rental to the Falls. The home sits majestically atop a hill on River Road overlooking the mighty Niagara River and Gorge. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the Falls and the front windows all have a view of the Niagara Gorge.

This 3 bedroom rental sleeps a total of 6 persons and comes complete with a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast courtesy of Chef Joseph Hughes and is served in our main Niagara Grandview Manor building located just five doors away. The home features central heat and air-conditioning, carpeted and hardwood floors, complimentary wifi, and numerous patios for relaxation.
